Is VETS a VSO:
No. VSOs, the VFW, American Legion, and the DAV handle VA benefits and claims. We build veteran-owned businesses. Need a VSO? We'll point you to one.
Do you help with VA benefits or disability claims?
No, that's a VSO's job, and you deserve someone who does it every day. Tell us and we'll connect you. What we do is help you build and grow a business.
Do you do job placement?
No. We serve veteran entrepreneurs, not job seekers. Need work? We'll refer you to Hire Heroes USA.
Who is VETS for?
Any veteran or military family member who owns a business or wants to start one, idea stage to scaling.
Do I need a business already?
No. Bring the drive, we'll help you get ready.
Is it free for veterans?
Yes. The community and core programs are free for veterans and military spouses covered by our partners, sponsors, and donors.
A 501(c)(3) nonprofit amplifying veteran and military family-owned small businesses across the Sacramento region through community, capital, and practical playbooks.
VETS serves veteran business owners and entrepreneurs. We're not a VSO and don't handle VA benefits, claims, or job placement. Ask us and we'll refer you to the right partner
